It’s 1pm Wednesday the 22nd October

I am sitting at one of my favorite lunch haunts; I am trying to be healthy for a change and I’m skipping the gin and tonic and having an egg, spinach and ricotta quiche for lunch (yeah real men do eat quiche) and the mobile phone rings.

Sort of contemplated for a second or two whether I would answer it or not, looked down at the screen and saw it was “Metro”, A man with the unique talent of turning average guys into super charged “approach machines”. (also a good friend of mine)

He says that I should do something that I’ve never done before …something
radical and “un-Alex” like. He said I should SMACK a silly $500 OFF our live
bootcamps and celebrate a recession SALE.

Whoaa …. I have to admit he’s a persuasive dude, so I’ve taken a chance and said “Why Not!” and now our bootcamps are $500 cheaper than before.
