Being able to flirt and create attraction is a very powerful tool in the art of love. Having the ability to successfully flirt is fun and most of the time comes naturally. One of the keys to flirting is to relax in it, then practice, practice, practice. This exercise is one of the most pleasant ones that you’ll ever perform.

Those men who know exactly how to flirt and create attraction of the opposite sex are usually confident in themselves. Flirting comes as a natural gift to them because they already know that flirting is for fun and enjoyment. They turn flirting into an art form.

For those of you who want to learn the art of flirting, here is your first lesson: Body language is the most important part of a good flirt. Especially looking at her. Spend 70% of your time looking into her eyes and 30% of your time looking at her mouth, hair, cheeks, and nose. You’ll begin to notice a flush to her face, which means you’re getting to her.

Smile. A lot. 90% of the time or more. You don’t have to have a big, toothy grin. But make sure she is aware that you are smiling at her. If you turn around and find her looking at you, raise your eyebrows in surprise and give her a smile that says that you’re glad she’s looking at you. This kind of flirting can be from across the room or just across the shoulder of the guy she’s with.

Be gentle in teasing. Teasing can easily go from lighthearted and fun to mean-spirited and hurtful in the blink of an eye. This is especially true when folks have been drinking for a while. Be careful to be gentle and not let teasing get out of hand.

Let her know that you are trying to get to know her and not just get her into the sack. Every woman wants to feel special and pursued, not caught and caged. If you don’t make sure that she understands this, you may have just ruined every flirtatious move you’ve made for the evening.

Last lesson is the most important: Have fun. If a relationship begins in fun, you’ll find more fun in it later on.

The art of attracting women and girls is essentially a beautiful art and hobby of mine.

Attracting a girl is not as hard as what a lot of guys make it out to be. You don’t have to be super good looking, rich, or have a body like Tom Brady. But there are some things that will always be top priority when you want to attract a girl.

Cleanliness. We all know that there’s a certain amount of pheromones in your sweat, but believe me, a being a sweaty guy just doesn’t cut it when it comes to attracting girls. When a girl goes looking for a guy, she wants a man that’s clean and neat. Simply make sure you take a shower, wash your hair, brush your teeth, and put on clean clothes before going out on a date or going out in general. You never know when you might meet up with that good looking girl you want to get to know a little better.

Neatness. Now, I’m not saying you have to put on a tie and jacket every time you go out, but don’t go out in a ratty t-shirt either. Wear a nice set of jeans or khaki’s with a decent looking polo, sweater, or casual shirt. If you’re out clubbing, try going with a nice jacket, dress pants and dress shirt. Tie can be optional. Try to remember what kind of girl you want to attract. Stay away from t-shirts with NASCAR logos or inane sayings on them. Or sagging pants. Big turn-off for most girls.

Eye contact. Ever try to talk with someone who glances away all the time you’re talking to him? It’s really annoying. The same goes for attracting a girl. Girls like to check out guys who aren’t afraid to look them in the eye. If a man can look at a woman straight in the eye without looking away, she knows that she’s got his attention.

Be confident. Confidence in yourself is very sexy to a girl. If you’ve done your homework and gotten the attention of the girl you want to be with, then don’t lose your nerve at the last second. You’ve gotten this far, be confident that she’s hoping that she’s attracted your attention. After, she wanted to attract a guy just as much as you wanted to attract a girl.

Use the Catch and Release to Instantly Attract Any Woman

Are you a salesman? If you are, you’ll recognize this technique right away. It’s a standard technique used in making a sale, but with the twist of making yourself more attractive to the opposite sex.

Let’s say you meet a woman for the first time. You’ve already gotten past the introductions and are getting to know each other a little better. You’re flirting a little and developing a chemistry between each other while talking.

There’s a place in this ‘conversation’ where you begin leading up to the next level, such as getting her number, a date, or begin kissing. However, this is the spot where you change your strategy.
Put this picture in you mind. You’re at that critical point of progress, but instead of gratifying her desire to kiss, get a date, or whatever, you look at her and say that you’re sorry, but you have to get back to your friends. Then, being totally relaxed, get up and tell her that you’ll see her again in a while. Make sure that you keep eye contact while doing all of this.

She’ll either be stunned or start trying to keep you with her. But, keep moving. Be nice, but continue to make your exit. Go on back to your friends and get on with whatever their doing. At this point, you can even talk to another girl; however, you might want to practice this technique a few times before doing that. This is a potent technique, so use caution.

This will drive her crazy. She’s going to ask herself why you’re not with her anymore. She’ll even try to get you attention. Her mind will be filled with thoughts of you.

Later on, go back and see her again. You’ll probably have to go through a few preliminary steps to regain some ground, but don’t be surprised if these are cut very short and you’re back talking intimately with her again quickly. Now that you’re back with her, she’s going to do whatever she needs to do to keep you there. Her goal is to build your attraction to her.

That’s it in a nutshell. By using this technique, you make yourself highly desirable prize that she wants. Instant attraction is that easy.
