Before Approaching Women Try These Warmup Techniques
I realized awhile back that the best way to warm up is to treat every interaction I have with a woman as a “spar”, as a karate student would practice before the big fight I would practice on coffee shop waitresses, grocery store chicks and any other “counter service” women I encounter. The results I got were GREAT! I realized I didn’t need to “psyche” myself up before going out to do some daygame I felt already in state and ready to approach as I treated everyday during the week as practice.
